Health is not just how we eat and how often we exercise. I personally cover up to 12 areas that I believe encompass being fully well in my programs, things like social life and creativity and spirituality. My individualized approach takes into consideration your emotions, hormones, stamina, demands of relationships, work stressors, and all of the balls you juggle.
My approach
I take an integrative approach to women’s health, with emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle upgrades to optimize mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. The issues we often address are gut health, hormonal health, weight, sleep, mind-body health, and stress.
Common results of working with me are increased energy, greater optimism, noticeable health improvements, more mental clarity, improved sleep, healthier habits, and a greater experience of joy and calm. While weight loss is a common side effect of our work together, pounds lost will not be my focus nor how I determine success, since health isn’t measured by thinness.
